Thank you for your interest in carrying Milk Thistle Apothecary & Tarot products!

We’re thrilled to collaborate with like-minded businesses.

Please review our wholesale terms below before placing your order.

1. Minimum Order Requirements

• The minimum order for all wholesale purchases is $200

• We accept reorders with no minimum amount, though bulk orders are encouraged for freshness and availability.

2. Payment Terms

• All wholesale orders are prepaid at the time of purchase.

• Payments can be made via credit card through our website or bank transfer upon request.

• We currently do not accept PayPal or Venmo for wholesale orders.

3. How to Place Wholesale Orders

• To place a wholesale order, simply shop our regular website and add items from our House Line ONLY to your cart. This includes herbal tinctures, flower essences, self-care products, teas, and herbal elixirs made by Milk Thistle.

• Apply the discount code provided to you after your wholesale application is approved. This code will give you 50% off the regular retail price for wholesale orders.

• Tax exemption: When placing an order, you’ll have the option to indicate tax exemption. Please provide your tax exemption certificate prior to purchasing via email.

• Note: This code is only valid for House Line products. Any other products or third-party items will not be eligible for the discount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 30 Days or Less of receiving payment — Once your order has been placed, we will contact you via email with an estimated fulfillment date.

• We ship via USPS and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Wholesale Pricing

• Our wholesale pricing is available once your application is approved. The discount code will give you 50% off the retail price for eligible products.

• Prices are subject to change based on product availability and order volume. We will notify you of any updates.

6. Product Availability

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, availability may vary. We do our best to keep inventory updated, but please allow for potential lead times.

• If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or backordering options.

7. Returns & Damaged Items

• We do not accept returns on wholesale orders due to the nature of our products.

• If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Reselling

• Wholesale products may only be resold in physical retail locations or approved online platforms.

• Resale on third-party sites like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is prohibited unless explicitly approved by us.

• Please adhere to the retail price guidelines when reselling our products.

9. Marketing & Branding

• We’re happy to support your marketing efforts with product images and descriptions. Simply reach out to us for assets.

• Please credit Milk Thistle Apothecary & Tarot in any marketing materials, including online listings and social media.

10. Lead Time

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for initial orders to be processed and shipped. Reorders will typically ship within 7 business days.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled or modified if the shipment has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.

How to Apply
