Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped on Mondays. If you order later in the week, please allow a little extra time for processing.

  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information from USPS. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship orders within the United States via USPS. Delivery times vary based on your location.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally for orders over $200, and insurance is required. Please email us at milkthistleyuccavalley@gmail.com for details.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our small, independent business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days to arrange a resolution.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us ASAP at milkthistleyuccavalley@gmail.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered.

  • For appointments or service bookings (like tarot readings or workshops), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule.
