Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped on Mondays. If you order later in the week, please allow a little extra time for processing.
Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information from USPS. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!
Domestic Shipping: We ship orders within the United States via USPS. Delivery times vary based on your location.
International Shipping: We ship internationally for orders over $200, and insurance is required. Please email us at milkthistleyuccavalley@gmail.com for details.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our small, independent business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days to arrange a resolution.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us ASAP at milkthistleyuccavalley@gmail.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered.
For appointments or service bookings (like tarot readings or workshops), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule.
