Thank you so much for your interest in our little shop! We have compiled some easy answers to our commonly asked questions- if you read through and still have a question for us, please send us an email at milkthistleyuccavalley@gmail.com

I sent you a DM and didn’t receive a response! Due to the number of messages we receive, we are not able to answer questions about orders, collaborations, wholesale inquires, gallery inquires or anything that requires more than a yes/no answer. Please send us an email where we can talk more!

I haven’t gotten my order yet! Was it shipped? Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that! Generally we ship on Mondays, so if you order earlier in the week it might take a bit longer. Once we create your shipping label, you should get an email with tracking info send from USPS- so check your spam if you don’t see it! If you are concerned about an order, have any questions or want to make adjustments- email us and inquiry directly!

Do you except returns? Because we are a small shop, we aren’t able to take returns, however if you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know so we can provide a replacement or return.

Can you ship internationally? We consider shipping internationally considering the size of the order (over $200) and your willingness to cover insurance. Send us an email for further inquiry!

Will you accept paypal or venmo for the order? At this time, our website only accepts orders placed using a credit card or apply pay. If you are for whatever reason, unable to make a purchase using a card and prefer paypal or venmo- please send us an email at milkthistleyuccavalley@gmail.com.

Will you carry my products in your shop? If you are interested in having your products sold at Milk Thistle, please send us an email about yourself with 3+ photos of your product. We will get back to you if we are interested in learning more and/or carrying your product. Unfortunately we cannot reply to all emails.

Do you work on wholesale or consignment? Generally we work on wholesale, but with folks in the local area we sometimes ask to sell on consignment, depending on resources available and level of interest in the product.

I am a tarot reader/astrologer/other healing practitioner. Can I offer readings out of the shop? We are currently very happy with our current tarot readers, but if you are interested in being put on the waiting list for when we are looking again, please send us an email telling us about yourself and your experience and if/when we feel it is a good fit, we’ll schedule a mock reading to learn more about your style. If you are a practitioner or another modality, such as astrology, clinical herbalism, reiki, etc. we would be interested in talking with you about offering your services in the space. Please send us an email with a short bio, what you’d like to offer, time constraints and cost! *

Can I offer a workshop at your space? We are always looking for community collaborators, but there are specific offerings that tend to work best at the space. We are not currently looking for sound baths or yoga classes, but offerings around divination, creativity, tarot or oracle readings, or herbalism are welcome. If you’d like to teach a class, please email an outline/proposal of your idea, the timeline (as in, how many sessions, etc.) the price and the number of participants. (generally, we do not have room for more than 12 people in one class due to spacial limitations!)*

*We ask anyone interested in being part of the space come in first and support the work we are doing in the form of booking a reading, attending a workshop or just buying a few things you might be interested in. That will give you an idea if you feel that being a part of the Milk Thistle community is a good fit for you, and it shows us that you are also interested in what we have to offer!

Can I show my work in your gallery? Quite possibly, but we’ll need to see an example of your work- so please email a short bio/artist statement and some pictures of your work. We welcome folks to reach out to us to be put on the list for future shows. If you are interested in a solo or group show, please email your ideas in more detail.

Are there any topics in tarot & oracle readings that are off limits? We are a group of talented divination practitioners and psychics, with differing styles and modalities we offer to our clients. That said, we are not “fortune tellers” and we are not here to predict your future. Psychic abilities often come through as being able to recognize patterns, feel energy, or even connect to spirits and ancestors. But this doesn’t allow us to be able to predict the future- and coming to a reading will not alter the course of your path unless you want it to. We believe that your free will is the most powerful tool in changing your future, and we are here to help you harness that for your highest good- but we can’t tell you with any certainty what will happen. Because of that, we cannot ethically answer questions with certainty about future events, health or legal issues. We also will not read for a person who is not physically present, as they can’t consent to the reading.

I wasn’t satifised with my reading- can I get a refund? We hate to hear this! And to be honest, it hasn’t happened yet- but to be clear, we cannot offering refunds for appointments that took place (does not apply to a reader no-showing or rescheduling) Our readers are offering a service, and sometimes the messages we get are not the ones that we wanted to hear, but we strive to be honest, trauma informed, and offer solutions. We do truly hope that your reading is a positive experience, so please let us know if there were any issues with your reading so we can absolve them internally.
