Join Saewon of Sun Song for a desert flower essence workshop! Flower essences are a subtle energetic form of plant medicine made from the vibrational imprint of flowers, which support our emotional and spiritual well being. We will cover the history and basics of flower essence therapy, step by step instructions on how to make an essence, and lastly, we will try a variety of local desert wildflower essences native to the Mojave Desert to practice an intuitive embodied way of plant communication.  Participants will meet new herbal allies, have the chance to share their experiences with one another, and go home with a set of essences to work with.
